Alchemical Constellations

Systemic Constellation work offers a clear and powerful way to create movement in stuck places. We begin with your intention, and the interference you feel is entangled with your intention. When the intention and the interference are precise, they stop being concepts. They become a felt frequency.

I follow this thread as I step back, sharing how my body responds…breath, sensation, emotion, posture, and the shifts in my internal state. As the frequency strengthens, we are guided to a place in the system where the pattern was formed, often with an ancestor who carried a resonant desire and met a rupture, loss, or impossible choice.

I describe my direct experience. I also speak from the perspective of the ancestor I represent. Then I listen for you. Your voice matters. When you speak, the tone and frequency of your voice brings recognition into the system. This recognition creates space. Something softens. Surprise and warmth arise. Support returns. The system begins to feel lighter.

This work does not force change. It follows resonance. It restores connection where something was excluded or unacknowledged. When the original story is seen, felt and met with compassion and relationship, the frequency changes, allowing us to step out of old roles and claim our place with more strength and freedom, more able to move toward life.
